REGISTER / LOG-HOURS (once you've completed service)

Registered Students (Duchesne Scholars, MAP, Seeds of Peace log-in here to activate your pre-registered account if you haven't done so already).  

1. Add Placements.   Placements refer to a particular volunteer service opportunity such as Connections or Free Speech Alley.  They must be added before any hours can be logged but need only be added once.

2. Log Hours.  Note: You must submit hours within forty-five (45) days of the experience otherwise those hours will be forfeited. 

>> Independent Service Placement (ISP) or non-Duchesne hours must be pre-approved (download form here) and submitted to the Duchesne Center using a paper timesheet. Submitting these hours online WILL DELAY the logging process!

When are hours due? As a general rule of thumb, hours are due the first Tuesday of every semester month. See the 2007-08 Calendar for important deadlines.

Can't remember a particular date? Use the Duchesne Calendar to find the program name and/or date you're looking for.

Not sure how many hours to log? Refer to hours indicated in the "Volunteer Opportunities" online posting.
